I want to help people land in a more harmonious and joyful life in our hectic world. We all have a given path to walk and it is not always easy to see it or even find it, for all the distractions that grab our attention.
I am a nurse, trained body therapist, counseling therapist, instructor within ACT, yoga and mindfulness and nutrition consultant. I have worked with counseling both individually and in groups for about 15 years. It is a privilege to help people find balance, joy, meaning and health in life.
